The user understands that failure to cooperate in Zylein's defense against external claims will be considered a serious violation of these terms.

SECTION 15: SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision, clause, paragraph, or section of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable by a competent authority, such declaration shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

The user acknowledges that the intention of the parties is that the provisions of these Terms and Conditions be interpreted broadly and flexibly, so that any partial invalidity does not imply the total nullity of the document. In such a case, the affected provision shall be replaced by another that most faithfully reflects Zylein's original intention, in accordance with applicable regulations.
