Returns policy


Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).

  • Intimate or sanitary products.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable software.

  • Some health and personal care items.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

  • Sale items are not refundable; only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

  • Late refunds: first, check your bank account, then contact your bank or card company. If it still doesn't appear, email us at zylein.zylein@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, send an email to zylein.zylein@gmail.com and send your item to: 📍 Camino a Santa María, Monterrey, NL, 64985, Mexico.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Return Shipping

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
