Returns policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns for:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).

Intimate or sanitary products.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Gift cards.

Downloadable software.

Some health and personal care items.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

Sale items are not refundable; only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Late refunds: first, check your bank account, then contact your bank or card company. If it still doesn't appear, email us at zylein.zylein@gmail.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, send an email to zylein.zylein@gmail.com and send your item to: 📍 Camino a Santa María, Monterrey, NL, 64985, Mexico.
Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Return Shipping

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
